The Singing Versus Playing an Instrument Challenge

My dad plays guitar, and I grew up playing and singing Catholic hymns, like this one.

Singing is what people do who love music and can't play an instrument when they're older and realize this is serious and not just for fun.  Maybe, they're just American and did dance.  Maybe, they were just a normal kid, growing up in the '90's.
